Basics: Each week, eight football games are chosen. Choose the winners against the spread for the eight games. We try to choose the most interesting games and those on TV. The player with the most correct picks wins the pot. If there is a tie, then the tie breaker questions are used. The tie breakers are used in order, thus if the first tie breaker question breaks the tie, the others are not needed.
Payouts: the winner receives 75% of the pot. The other 25% goes into the kitty. The kitty is used for the final (more on that later). So if 20 players play and you win, you will receive $300 and $100 will go into the kitty.
Eligibility for the final: players that have won a weekly contest are eligible for the final. You will receive one entry for EACH winning week. So if you win the weekly contest twice you will have two separate entries for the final.
Entry fee and payments: the entry fee is $20. This must be paid by Sunday morning at 1 pm Eastern Time. You must use a paypal account or have made special arrangements with the Site Manager (football --at-- privateradio.org). Payouts are deposited directly to your paypal account on Tuesday.
The Final. The final includes 4 nfl playoff games and selected college bowl games. Some of the late weeks of contest include college games.
